After a two year battle with business partner Burke and the lender, the building has been purchased by Katie Troccoli through a judicial sale on Oct. 28, 2016. It has been a long journey to get here. Finally the project can move forward.
The Will Rogers Theatre had been listed on the Landmarks Illinois Ten Most Endangerd Places
and is list by the United States Department of the Interior National Register of Historic Places.
